Rocky's story begins with his father, who was a poor farmer, being killed by the ruthless goons of the local mafia boss Garuda. Rocky vows to avenge his father's death and begins working for Garuda. However, Rocky soon realizes that Garuda is not the real enemy. The real enemy is the British mining company that controls the Kolar Gold Fields and exploits the local workers.
Rocky forms his own gang and starts attacking the mining company's operations, disrupting their gold mining activities. He also starts helping the local workers and becomes a popular hero among them.
